General Backgound

Spike Enterprises has been a leader in Demand Flow Technology (DFT) & Demand-Driven Enterprise (DDE) Business Process consulting for over 17 years. The management has an additional 13 years of expertise in DFT & Business Process Optimization prior to the inception of Spike Enterprises, LLC. We have active engagements with a few select clients in unrelated markets. This allows us to provide the optimum business consulting services without risk of compromising any client's proprietary/intellectual property.

We will consider solicitations from new clients based on a first come-first served basis. Our current customer base tends to be further developed along the DFT/DDE Business Process continuum.

As clients mature on this continuum, it becomes increasingly more of a challenge to achieve let alone sustain the next level on the World Class journey. This is where Spike Enterprises excels in developing state-of-the art solutions consistent with established flow/lean principles.

The foundation for customer success is based on the following; (1)  top management commitment to the process, (2) establishing a solid educational foundation through targeted training based on the various employee roles, and (3) following the proven deployment methodology of the Business Process Consulting model based on flow/lean and Demand-Driven Enterprise (DDE) strategy and tactics, (4) aligning performance measurements to be consistent with DDE/Lean objectives and (5) optimizing supply chain management using statistical modeling methods.
